Digital Products and Memberships
Zintora Homes memberships give you immediate access to digital content, templates, tools, and downloadable documents the moment you join.

All Membership Fees Are Non-Refundable
Because every membership delivers immediate access to downloadable materials and content, all membership fees are non-refundable. This applies to one-time memberships (FSBO Offer to Closing and FSBO), the annual Pro membership, and all vendor memberships.

For the annual Pro membership and any renewing vendor membership, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current paid term remains non-refundable. We’ll also send you a friendly reminder before your renewal date so a charge never catches you by surprise.

Billing Errors
All sales are final, but we always want charges to be correct. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it right away.

Renewals
For any renewing membership (Pro and vendor plans), cancel before your renewal date in My Account to avoid the next charge. 【Once renewal-reminder emails are in place, we will also notify you before each renewal.】

Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — we are glad to help and can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
