Frequently Asked Questions

What is Zintora Homes?

Zintora Homes is a platform designed to connect buyers and sellers of real estate without the need for a real estate agent. We offer a user-friendly website where sellers can list their properties and buyers can browse listings for free.

How does Zintora Homes work?

Sellers can create an account, pay a one-time or annual fee (whichever they need), and post their property listings on Zintora Homes. Buyers can browse the listings for free, contact sellers directly, and arrange property viewings. Our platform facilitates the connection but does not act as an intermediary in the transactions.

How much does it cost to list a property on Zintora Homes?

There are two pricing options for sellers:

  • One-Time Fee: A single property listing for a one-time fee.
  • Annual Fee: An unlimited number of property listings for an annual fee.

See our pricing page for more information.

Is it free for buyers to use Zintora Homes?

Yes, buyers can browse and search property listings on Zintora Homes for free.

How do I create an account on Zintora Homes?

To create an account, click on the “Join Now” button on our homepage, provide the required information, and follow the prompts to complete your registration.

How do I contact a seller?

To contact a seller, click on the property listing you are interested in and scroll to the bottom of the page.  If you have a question, or want to view the property, just complete the “Contact Seller” form to send an email directly to the seller.  If you are ready to make an offer on the property, click on the “Make an Offer” button.  You’ll simply fill in the form with your offer details and the seller will receive an email from you.  The seller can then contact you directly with any further communication.

What should I do after I find a buyer for my property?

Once you have a buyer, you can use our provided contract template to formalize the sale. We strongly recommend that you take the contract to a real estate closing attorney or title company to ensure all legal requirements are met.

How does Zintora Homes ensure the authenticity of property listings?

We take several measures to verify the authenticity of property listings, including requiring sellers to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we encourage buyers to perform their due diligence and verify property details independently.
